~Meet the Chefs behind Khan Curry Hut~
Our Head Chefs, Sohan Singh and Tasing Lamba, have taken Indian cuisine to an exciting new dimension with their modern techniques, traditional Indian training and five star experience.
Each dish is a craft of its own using only the freshest ingredients with pastes and spices prepared in our very own kitchens.
Both of our Chefs are trained specialists in North and South Indian cuisine and are sure to impress you with their skills, modern flair and passion for fine Indian cuisine.
Chef Sohan Singh heads up the original Khan Curry Hut. Before moving here to Australia, he spent 6 years developing his 5 star skills with Taj Hotels and Resorts.
Leading our new kitchen is Chef Tasing Lamba who comes to us after four years of experience with the 5 star multi-national chain of Country Inn Suites by Carlson, in both Gujaret and Delhi.
